Ms. White has devoted over 90% of her practice to the defense of workers’ compensation claims in Illinois and has extensive practice and experience before all locations of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission.
Bethany’s aggressive approach to litigation and management of claims has resulted in several desirable settlements for her clients. She has successfully tried several cases before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, obtaining dismissal of claims by asserting accident and causal connections defenses. She has also been successful in appeals to the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, Circuit, and Appellate Courts.
In 2008, Bethany’s expanded her practice to civil litigation defense. Since that time, not only has she obtained summary judgment and dismissal on behalf of her clients, she has expanded her experience to include drafting and arguing disputed and dispositive motions, deposition practice, and trial preparation.
